Hi guys, we're open this topic to see if you are available for a meeting sometimes.

We've just decided to pick a few dates on January to have a meeting.

There are 6 dates i would recommend to have a meeting in Jan. (weekend)
The Second week of Jan on the 9th, 10th, or 11th.
The Third week of Jan on the 16th, 17th, 18th

we'll decide which date in one of 6 dates above depend on people choice.

we'll pick the date that has the most people prefer to.

i'll pick my prefer date first.

My available dates are 16th, 17th, 18th but i prefer the 18th of Jan.

What about you? please pick a date that suit you best for a meeting.

Hi guys, We are trying to arrange a meeting for HLUG, unfortunately we don't have enough members to have a meeting according to this forum

We had a discussion between HLUG members and on behalf of HLUG i'm sorry to cancel the meeting.
The forum is still open, if you have suggestion for a meeting in the future please do let us know.
